Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage
A blend of modern, western massage methods combined with Tibetan Acupressure techniques and incorporating the traditional principles and theories of ancient Tibetan medicine. The therapy is performed with the client fully clothed in a reclining position – either in a reclining chair or a treatment couch and includes massage of the scalp, face, neck shoulders and upper arms. Tibetan acupressure differs from Chinese meridian or Indian Ayuvedic systems and the points used in the treatment are unique to Tibetan medicine.

Suction Massage
Suction cupping massage is regularly utilised in most other European countries having originated in both China where it is linked with traditional medicine and Russia. It is however in it’s infancy in the United Kingdom. By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping massage is a deep tissue massage used to stimulate the body and bring blood flow to stagnant muscles, drain excess fluid and toxins. Cupping massage does not leave individual red circular marks on the skin however the areas covered by the treatment will appear flushed immediately following.
Back massage – a selection of suction cups are used to ease knots and tension from the back. This is mixed with traditional Swedish massage to aid relaxation.

Organic Honey Holistic back treatment
After a relaxing Swedish massage to warm the muscles of the back and to relax the client, honey is applied. Through invigorating pressure massage techniques the honey is worked into the skin on the back to both draw out toxins and to allow the nutrients from the honey to be absorbed into the deeper layers of the skin. Any remaining honey is removed with a warm towelling mitt. The back is one of the most ignored areas of the body and hence the skin can become congested with toxins creating blocked pores leading to areas of tension hence the beneficial nature of this treatment.
