Suction cupping massage is regularly utilised in most other European countries having originated in both China where it is linked with traditional medicine and Russia. It is however in it’s infancy in the United Kingdom. By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping massage is a deep tissue massage used to stimulate the body and bring blood flow to stagnant muscles, drain excess fluid and toxins. Cupping massage does not leave individual red circular marks on the skin however the areas covered by the treatment will appear flushed immediately following.
Back massage – a selection of suction cups are used to ease knots and tension from the back. This is mixed with traditional Swedish massage to aid relaxation. This treatment is recommended for those who find the physical pressure of a traditional deep tissue massage too intense as it releases deepseated tension without pressure.

Anti cellulite gel is applied and the client is then wrapped to encourage the body’s natural elimination of toxins. Organic Honey Treatments
Russian honey massage is an ancient treatment that has been practiced in Asia and Eastern European countries for hundreds of years. Organic honey is applied to the skin where it is worked in to encourage it’s antiseptic and detoxifying properties. Salts and toxins are drawn out by the honey and it’s method of application also creates a mild exfoliation suitable for even the most sensitive skin. In addition the beneficial nutrients from the honey are transferred to the body’s tissues and the skin is left feeling nourished and intensely moisturised. Any remaining honey is removed with a warm towelling mitt leaving the skin feeling smooth and silky.

A deep cleanse and facial massage is followed by the application of honey which is then worked into the face to draw out toxins, gently exfoliate and leave the skin nourished and deeply moisturised. This is completed by a relaxing scalp massage.

After a relaxing Swedish massage to warm the muscles of the back and to relax the client, honey is applied. Through invigorating pressure massage techniques the honey is worked into the skin on the back to both draw out toxins and to allow the nutrients from the honey to be absorbed into the deeper layers of the skin. Any remaining honey is removed with a warm towelling mitt. The back is one of the most ignored areas of the body and hence the skin can become congested with toxins creating blocked pores leading to areas of tension hence the beneficial nature of this treatment.
