Linda Black
Linda Black owns and operates Tidal Therapies, having trained initially at both the Carlton Institute and Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training and is a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists. She is also a Nordic Walking Instructor. She is expert at assessing your needs and addressing this to assist with dissolving the stresses and strains of daily life in order to suggest a tailor made package to address your personal needs. Linda is also trained in facials, manicures,pedicures and waxing to provide an overall relaxation and pamper experience.
Dawn McCaig
Dawn has a lifelong passion for horses and has ridden since she was eleven years old. After seeking pain relief through complementary therapies for herself and her horse and seeing the amazing results, she has spent the last few years training in human and equine anatomy, physiology, massage, myofascial release and manipulation. Aware of the profound healing that informed, intuitive and caring touch can give she has the qualifications, knowledge and experience to offer you this service.
Kerry Viall
A Learning Disability Nurse. who after receiving a Reiki treatment became fascinated with this wonderfully relaxing and healing treatment and thus went on to become a Reiki Practitioner.This in turn led her to qualify in Indian Head Massage. Having now practiced for 10 years she has developed a caring touch with a deep awareness and intuition.
Paula D’Attoma
Paula was a professional dancer who retrained as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. She worked for a number of years as a yoga tutor in the Adult Education Service and taught yoga and meditation in the Prison Service to prisoners and staff.
Paula felt that people who might not normally join mainstream yoga classes because of their medical condition could nevertheless really benefit from the gentle practices of yoga, tailored to their condition. She undertook a further two-year training course with the Yoga Biomedical Trust in London and now holds a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. She offers yoga therapy to clients on a one-to-one basis. She is on the Register of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the government backed UK regulatory body for complementary health practitioners

Helen runs Maximum Wellness and operates a number of Arriba Weightloss clubs in and around Fakenham. To supplement these classes Helen offers one to one consultations to assist the client to refocuss and concentrate on their particular weight loss goals for those who prefer not to participate in a class environment.
Pamela Taylor
Pamela Taylor of the Nutrition Practice worls on a one to one basis with clients who wish to address specific health concerns. The complete nutrition package is available including a personalised nutrition program to nutritional biochemistry testing and supplement recommendation and sourcing.
Sally King
Sally is a fully qualified fitness and Nordic Walking instructor offering tailor made personal fitness training not in the gym but outside in the wonderful Norfolk countryside. Exercising in the outdoors utiulises some 15 % more calories than the equivalent exercises indoors due to the extra workload on the body to cope with uneven terrain and weather. Whatever your objectives – to loose weight, improve fitness levels or to supplement your existing gym routine she will work with you at your pace and in line with your goals to achieve your objectives. She also makes execising FUN thanks to her great sense of humour!
